THEY SEEM CAPABLE TO LEARN KARAWITAN ART. ALTHOUGH THEY LEARN THAT ART AS ONE OF SUBJECT THAT MUST BE LEARNT IN SCHOOL, BUT THE RESULT WAS AMAZING BECAUSE THEY COULD PRESERVE THAT TRADITIONAL ART EARLY.
MUJIASIH AS THE HEADMASTER OF GROGOL 1 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BANTUL SAID THAT THE INTRODUCTION OF KARAWITAN ART TOWARD HIS STUDENT/ AS A EFFORT TO DEVELOP CHILDREN’S HOBBY. BESIDE THAT MUJIASIH VALUE THAT THE LEARNING PROCESS IN SCHOOL ONLY TOLD ABOUT intelligence, BUT RARE TO BALANCE THE FUNCTION BETWEEN LEFT BRAIN AND RIGHT BRAIN OF CHILDREN THEREFORE BY TEACHING KARAWITAN TO CHILDREN IT CAN BALANCE BETWEEN THE INTELLIGENCE AND CAPABILITY OF CHILDREN. THESE CHILDREN COULD BE THE DEVELOPER OF TRADITIONAL ART ESPECIALLY KARAWITAN THROUGH LEARNING PROCESS IN SCHOOL. SOME STUDENTS LIVE IN ENVIRONMENT THAT HAVE THE SOUL OF ART THEREFORE IT WILL BE NO FORCE FOR THEM.
